3 Inches of Fresh Snow Sunday

January 31, 2013 By Bear Bear Ski and Board Rentals

Temperatures dropped yesterday bringing 3 inches of new snow and a great snowmaking run lasting 36 hours! More snow means more park changes on there way! Central Park is on point right now with a slope-style course type setup that has a skate style down-bar, to road gap, into a jump line! It also has a big wall ride, some beginner/ intermediate jumps and rails, and both halfpipes! The forecast for the rest of the week shows sunny skies and mild temperatures making for great shred weather! Also check out this weeks Sunday In The Park and our ALL-NEW all ski Bear Necessities Episode 1 edit.

Return to Winter

February 14, 2012 By Bear Bear Ski and Board Rentals

Old Man Winter stopped by yesterday, bringing us 2-3 inches of natural snow .  Temps were cool enough for us to make plenty of snow last night and we plan to make even more tonight.  To top it all off, we’re expecting another storm to roll through tomorrow, bringing us even more of the good stuff. The storm is clearing today long enough for you to enjoy the partly sunny skies and a packed powder to powder snow surface.

Sunday Funday

January 22, 2012 By Bear Bear Ski and Board Rentals

Yesterday’s storm cleared out early and left us with the perfect conditions to make some new snow overnight.  We’re looking at mostly sunny skies and a high of 46, but don’t put away your heavy jackets just yet.  Old Man Winter will be back tomorrow, possibly bringing several inches of natural snow .  Have fun today and think snow for tomorrow!
