While California as a whole longs for snow we are sitting back and taking pride in our snowmaking system. When mother nature won’t cooperate we make the snow ourselves. With one of the largest state of the art snowmaking systems in the world we like to consider ourselves some of the best snow-farmers in the nation! Snow Summit is now 100{86a76636585b48f02440ccb40b57522402481bd6218148effe1f42093324df81} open with something for everyone, including steeps, intermediate runs and a park stacked with 28 jibs and 38 snow features! The recent cool weather has allowed for great overnight snowmaking and has helped keep our snow surface nice. With such excellent snow conditions right here in your local mountains, you won’t need to travel far for an amazing time on the slopes! We have one more day of cool temps with today’s high 34 degrees. We’re expecting warmer temps and more sunny skies all week long and through the weekend! Be sure to take advantage of our Learn a Snow Sport Month deal, where first timers can get free rentals during the month of January with the purchase of a beginner lesson

This Week at Snow Summit

Park Staff has some big changes in store, so Lower Westridge will be closed temporarily but look for a complete park update soon! Our 60th Anniversary Party is this Saturday, January 12th. We’ll be celebrating with live entertainment and drink specials at the all-new Slopeside Pub and a spectacular fireworks show at 7pm
