Did you remember to change your clocks last night??  With the days getting longer its a great time to get some sun on the best snow in Southern California! Fridays storm brought 12-14 inches of the good stuff making for super fun packed powder conditions today! Remember that our new operating hours go into effect today: Saturdays and Sundays – 8:30am-5:00pm Mondays through Fridays – 9:00am-4:00pm Goldsmith’s 4th race of the season is today on Miracle Mile so come cheer on Snow Summits Race Team. With open roads, sunny conditions and the best Bloody Mary’s in Big Bear today is going to be a great Sunday Funday!

Merry Christmas Eve

There is only one more day left until Christmas! Hopefully you finished all your shopping early so you can join us for a fun day on the slopes! If you are still looking for the perfect last minute gift check out our Sport Shop (click HERE ) where you can pick up everything from gloves to gift cards! Snow Summit has the most open terrain in Southern California with 12 available lifts and a variety of open runs for all abilities. Miracle Mile, Summit Run and Log Chute are all open top-to-bottom and the beginner area is open for first and second timers.

Grand Re-Opening Today!

Chair 1 accessing Miracle Mile top-to-bottom and Upper Summit run and Chair 8 accessing Bear Bottom beginner area are open ! We have had a few great days of snowmaking and we received 2 inches of light snow last night along with 7-9 inches of snow on Thursday. With continued snowmaking; we could open several more of your favorite runs over the next few days. Take a look of the Map of Open Runs

Get away for the day and unwind at Snow Summit where we have sunny skies and plenty of snow. Chair 1 is open accessing Miracle Mile top-to-bottom. After the first few laps of the season you’re new ski legs may need a break so head to the Summit Inn for a drink and a bite to eat while overlooking the slopes. Come by the Guest Service Office for your lift ticket at the Early Season rate: Adults- All day $35/Half-day $30; Young Adults (13-21)- All day $30/Half-day $25; Children (7-12)- All day $15/Half-day $10
