After Friday’s 12-14 inches of fresh snow, we’re ready for another great day at Bear! Temps are a little warmer today with a high of 45, making for great shred weather. All roads are open and clear, the sun is out and the park is stacked.

Yesterday’s 12-14 inches of fresh snow was so much fun but today should be even better! The storm is forecast to clear out this morning, leaving behind clear blue skies and a high of 39 to go with a packed powder surface.

Yesterday’s powder day was nothing short of amazing and today looks to be just as fun! We received 14-16 inches of fresh powder yesterday and today’s cold temps will help keep the new snow prime. With mostly sunny skies and a packed powder surface, we’re looking forward to the best skiing and riding conditions of the season! Best Conditions of the Season
Yesterdays 18 inches of fresh snow is making for a great powder day! The clouds cleared up this morning making room for blue skies and a high of 31. Tonight’s low will be around 16 so bundle up for night session! Night Session will be held at Snow Summit from 3pm- 9:30pm and half-night from 7-9:30pm. This is the perfect opportunity to take some additional runs on the best new snow of the season! All 3 roads to Big Bear are open with chains required on all vehicles except those with 4WD and AWD with snow tires.

We received 18+ inches of fresh snow yesterday and overnight! Today is clearing up nicely for partly sunny skies. Line up early to get the most out of today’s powder to machine groomed packed powder surface! Today’s conditions are the best of the season and we know you’ll be stoked! It may take you a little extra time to get up here this weekend but the conditions definitely make it worth it! All Highways 330/18 – the front way, and 18- through Lucerne to Big Bear are open with chains required. Chair 1 is closed for maintenance, however Chair 2 is open and accesses the entire mountain

18 Inches of Fresh Powder!
Chair 1 accessing Miracle Mile top-to-bottom and Upper Summit run and Chair 8 accessing Bear Bottom beginner area are open ! We have had a few great days of snowmaking and we received 2 inches of light snow last night along with 7-9 inches of snow on Thursday. With continued snowmaking; we could open several more of your favorite runs over the next few days. Take a look of the Map of Open Runs

Grand Re-Opening Today!
We woke up to 12-14 inches of fresh snow from yesterday’s storm and are looking at a cool, sunny day with a high of 33 degrees. Get here early for fresh tracks! Tomorrow there’s another slight chance of snow flurries, which should clear up by Thursday and leave conditions great for the weekend.

12-14 Inches of New Snow!
The weather has been amazing this past week with sunny skies and today’s forecast is equally as awesome but in a different way; SNOW is coming to Big Bear . The weather forecast is calling for possibly several inches of fresh snow today then clearing out by tomorrow leaving clear blues skies once again. Now’s the time to come ski and ride.
