Competitors from all over the country have been competing to win an invitation to the Transworld TransAM ’15 Finals at Bear Mountain this weekend, but you can still register and compete with the finalists. The First Place guy and girl from this event will be crowned 2015 TransAm Champion .

Our base depth is 8-24″ on top of that we received 5 inches of new snow in the last 48 hours. It’s going to be a Super Sunday! The competition that featured amateur riders took place earlier today at The Scene.

War of Rails Day 1

The first day of War of Rails kicked off with some heavy snowfall and even heavier skiing. Competitors tackled the elements and went on with the contest as if it were a normal sunny day

Beach Bash at Bear!

Yesterday’s Industry day was tons of fun! We enjoyed having all the companies that came out for it and we can’t wait till next year to do it again! Special shout outs to Vans for coming up with the Wizard theme and also Signal Snowboards for bringing the creativity to the directly to the snow with their wildly shaped  boards. Today at Bear it is an all-out beach party! We are talking SPF, bikinis, beach balls, and more! The Neff Beach Bash is a fun event for competitors and spectators alike. The beach will be brought to life right in The Scene at Bear! Snowboarders will fly across the pond skim, jump over the ball pit, and compete for their share of the $3,000 purse.

Today’s the Day!

Today is the day Analog’s Design Unlikely Feature contest winner will be revealed! We will be unveiling the new feature for Analogs D.U.F. at 11am in The Scene ! Registration for the contest runs 8-10am and is free with a lift ticket or valid season pass! This is a fun and exciting event to both participate in and watch! Our Park Staff works hard to make these feature ideas come alive and put into action! It’s going down and we are making it happen! Today’s forecast is sunny and the high is 47.
