Closing Weekend

Both Snow Summit are Bear Mountain are open for skiing and snowboarding through Sunday, April 7th. The weather is amazing and the spring conditions are just as fun as always, so give yourself a 3-day weekend get up here for your final few turns of the season! All of your favorite runs are still open with good snow coverage, including Log Chute, Timber Ridge, Miracle Mile and Westridge! Remember that if you want to call it a day early, turn in your ticket by 1pm and get a voucher valued up to $15 to put towards your next lift ticket. It’s good for one full year so you can save it for your first trip of next season!

Neff Beach Bash Weekend

Spring Break continues and we’re celebrating with a beach party and contest this Saturday, March 30th!  With a pond skim, ball pit and $3,000 in prize money, the Neff Beach Bash is one of the most fun contests of the season for both spectators and competitors.

With the Neff Beach Bash coming up on March 30, Easter celebrations March 31st, and The Launch  all next week, there is still a lot to look forward to at Bear this season. The park is still stacked with fun features and the jump line, top jump, and Gambler are fun and poppy right now! Our Spring break special is still going on Monday through Friday, High School and College students can show their valid school ID and receive $20 off their lift ticket! Also right now is our Screamin’ Deal season pass sale

Tank tops and shorts are popping up all over Snow Summit lately. The weather feels like spring and we’re not complaining about that! The snow is in great condition and stays pretty fast throughout the day! Early March storms were good to us providing a solid snow base and very good coverage on the runs

St Patrick’s Day

In honor of St Patrick’s day we will be celebrating with green beer, corned beef and cabbage, drink specials and live music! KROQ Storms the Mountain today with live music from Atlas Genius out on the sundeck. The late storms from this season have provided us with a solid spring base. The vibe is fun and the soft snow has people throwing down new tricks on our wide variety of park features! So if you haven’t been Spring shredding yet now is the time to discover a whole new day of fun here at Bear Mountain

More Park Updates!

Yet again our Park Staff has added to the mix! The top of Chair 9 is looking good with a new tall skate-style rail next to the High Cascade Donkey which got moved over. Expressway also has a new tall flat rail but this one is a normal lip to a double-barrel rail into the Big Flat Down Box  and step-up. The Gulch is going nuts right now with a wild SUV to Van feature, a down tube, the huge double creeper box, the hip, and a Double-Corrugated  w/ Pole Jam to Tank! Lower Park Run is spruced up and now there is a sick down bar with the Analog Wedding Cake next to it

Clear blue skies are in the forecast all week long at Snow Summit and Bear Mountain. Both mountains are 100{86a76636585b48f02440ccb40b57522402481bd6218148effe1f42093324df81} open with the most snow and best conditions in SoCal and are just a quick shuttle ride apart
