Hooray we are reopening today! We have new snowmaking with good coverage of 8-12″ of machine groomed hard pack that will soften throughout the day. There is a 20{86a76636585b48f02440ccb40b57522402481bd6218148effe1f42093324df81} chance for snow today which should provide even better conditions. Snow Summit plans on being open all weekend.

We Are Open Today!
Our first snowmaking fan guns started pumping out the white stuff at 3pm this afternoon and we expect to run snowmaking all weekend long and into next week. We’re even getting some snow showers! Opening day is just around the corner and we will fill in the details as we get closer but until then take a look HERE at how we make real snow

Snowmaking Has Begun
Yup that’s right! We plan on making snow as early as tonight and we expect some natural snow too! Temperatures are dropping and we plan to make snow all weekend long and into next week so we could all be riding the white stuff soon. Stay tuned for Opening Day information
