We received 3 inches of fresh snow last night and also had a great night of snowmaking! We’ll continue to make snow throughout the day and as long as conditions permit. Today’s forecast is cool with a high of 30 and mostly sunny skies. With a packed powder to powder surface and excellent coverage, today’s a great time to extend your weekend and spend day one on the slopes!

The holiday period is over and as students head back to class and workers get back to the office, the runs clear up and this is when Bear gets prime! With little to no lift lines, wide open runs and easy parking, midweek riding is the best. Today is the perfect day to extend your weekend or winter vacation! We received 4″ of fresh snow last night and today’s surface ranges from machine groomed packed powder to POWDER. We’ve also been making snow since early last night and expect to keep the guns all all day, weather permitting. Snow showers are expected to taper off today and leave behind mostly sunny skies and a high of 39 degrees

Chair 1 accessing Miracle Mile and Chair 8 accessing Bear Bottom beginner area are opening tomorrow! The snowmaking is pretty awesome right now and it looks like we have a strong weekend to continue snowmaking so more lifts and runs will open soon. Re-Opening Saturday!
We received 7-9 inches of fresh snow yesterday and a dusting overnight. Add good snowmaking and everyone’s favorite lift, and we’re in for a super fun Friday! Chair 9 opens today accessing Upper Park Run and Upper Expressway! Chair 1 accessing Expressway, The Gulch and Lower Park Run is also open as well as Chair 7 accessing Inspiration Run for beginners

Park Staff has been working diligently to keep our park as fun as possible! Bear will be open through the weekend so if your planning on coming up for some fun then reserve your tickets HERE . We are limiting ticket sales right now to provide a more enjoyable experience. Due to very limited Beginner terrain, Chair 7 accessing Inspiration run will be reserved only to first-timers purchasing a lift and lesson package this Saturday. If you are a beginner planning on taking a lesson this Sunday then please check back later this afternoon for terrain details.

Feature Factory
Get away for the day and unwind at Snow Summit where we have sunny skies and plenty of snow. Chair 1 is open accessing Miracle Mile top-to-bottom. After the first few laps of the season you’re new ski legs may need a break so head to the Summit Inn for a drink and a bite to eat while overlooking the slopes. Come by the Guest Service Office for your lift ticket at the Early Season rate: Adults- All day $35/Half-day $30; Young Adults (13-21)- All day $30/Half-day $25; Children (7-12)- All day $15/Half-day $10
