Closing Weekend

Both Snow Summit are Bear Mountain are open for skiing and snowboarding through Sunday, April 7th. The weather is amazing and the spring conditions are just as fun as always, so give yourself a 3-day weekend get up here for your final few turns of the season! All of your favorite runs are still open with good snow coverage, including Log Chute, Timber Ridge, Miracle Mile and Westridge! Remember that if you want to call it a day early, turn in your ticket by 1pm and get a voucher valued up to $15 to put towards your next lift ticket. It’s good for one full year so you can save it for your first trip of next season!

Neff’s Beach Bash Weekend

Spring Break continues and we’re celebrating with a beach party and contest this Saturday, March 30th!  With a pond skim, ball pit and $3,000 in prize money, the Neff Beach Bash is one of the most fun contests of the season for both spectators and competitors. Featuring DJ’s Matty Mo & SlipMatt and guest: MC Riff Raff.

If you like nice weather and good snow, then Snow Summit is the place to be because we’ve got plenty of both! Come up this weekend and enjoy more fun in the sun and take advantage of our great spring conditions. Our coverage is very good, nearly every run is open, and we have the deepest snow pack in SoCal. Springtime in Big Bear is all about the fun, laid-back vibe, which you’ll get everywhere here from the runs to the deck at the Slopeside Pub.  If you want to call it a day early and just enjoy some après-ski drinks, then turn in your lift ticket by 1pm to get a voucher for up to $15 to put towards your next lift ticket with our Half-Day Getaway.

Spring Break hits Snow Summit! Why fight the crowds at the beach when you could enjoy the sun on the slopes! The snow is super fun with these great spring skiing conditions and the deep snow-pack should last us well into April! With sunny skies for days break out that tank-top and get up here! Wallet feeling a little light? We’ve got plenty of specials to help you save money! With the Spring Break special,  students get $20 off midweek lift tickets  when they show their school IDs. Today may be the official first day of spring, but we’ve been enjoying amazing spring conditions all week long here at Snow Summit! The sun is out and nearly all runs are open for the best skiing and snowboarding in SoCal.

More Park Updates!

Yet again our Park Staff has added to the mix! The top of Chair 9 is looking good with a new tall skate-style rail next to the High Cascade Donkey which got moved over. Expressway also has a new tall flat rail but this one is a normal lip to a double-barrel rail into the Big Flat Down Box  and step-up. The Gulch is going nuts right now with a wild SUV to Van feature, a down tube, the huge double creeper box, the hip, and a Double-Corrugated  w/ Pole Jam to Tank! Lower Park Run is spruced up and now there is a sick down bar with the Analog Wedding Cake next to it
