Spring Break hits Snow Summit! Why fight the crowds at the beach when you could enjoy the sun on the slopes! The snow is super fun with these great spring skiing conditions and the deep snow-pack should last us well into April! With sunny skies for days break out that tank-top and get up here! Wallet feeling a little light? We’ve got plenty of specials to help you save money! With the Spring Break special,  students get $20 off midweek lift tickets  when they show their school IDs. With the  Half-Day Getaway , s ki or ride all morning and turn your lift ticket in by 1pm and receive a $15 voucher to put towards your next lift ticket.

St Patrick’s Day

In honor of St Patrick’s day we will be celebrating with green beer, corned beef and cabbage, drink specials and live music! KROQ Storms the Mountain today with live music from Atlas Genius out on the sundeck. The late storms from this season have provided us with a solid spring base. The vibe is fun and the soft snow has people throwing down new tricks on our wide variety of park features! So if you haven’t been Spring shredding yet now is the time to discover a whole new day of fun here at Bear Mountain

Time for the Weekend!

If you haven’t spent a sunny day in the park, you are missing out on a fun experience. It’s hard not to smile and laugh as you ride with your friends under the comfy California sun! Sure the snow softens up a little, but it just makes your landing a little softer as you try those new tricks. Plus with park staffs maintenance the features stay fun all day long! Lots of newness at the mountain right now with regular park changes including a few more last night! We also have The Scene primed and ready for tonight’s contest

Our favorite friend SNOW is in the forecast with chances of showers Tuesday night through Friday.  Once the weekend hits it is back to the competitive side of things. The 8th stop of the Transworld Trans Am will be here with a fun event to both watch and participate in.

The sun is out and the snow is good! With nothing but clear blue skies in the forecast, it’s shaping up to be another fun week at Snow Summit. We have 100{86a76636585b48f02440ccb40b57522402481bd6218148effe1f42093324df81} of our terrain open, and our interconnecting runs mean you can spend an entire day on the slopes without ever having to return to the base area. Remember that there are only three night sessions left of the season: Friday March 1st, Saturday March 2nd and Saturday March 9th.

Day-cation Destination

With the deepest snow pack and most open terrain in SoCal, Snow Summit is the perfect Day-cation destination! If wide open runs, night session most Friday and Saturdays and park features stacked on Westridge, ZZYZX and the Family Fun Park are not enough at Summit hop on the inner-mountain shuttle and head over to Bear Mountain to  take advantage of your dual mountain lift ticket. Together Snow Summit and Bear Mountain have  the most open terrain  and the only Superpipe in Southern California, all that for less than a tank of gas away!

Midweek Advantage!

The holiday period is over and as students head back to class and workers get back to the office, the runs clear up and this is when Bear gets prime! With little to no lift lines, wide open runs and easy parking, midweek riding is the best.  If you need to head home early, turn your ticket in by 1:00pm and receive a voucher for up to $15 towards your next visit. Midweek riding offers so many benefits it’s definitely worth checking out
