Thanks to our top notch snowmaking system we have been able to make ample amounts of snow the past two nights allowing us to open Ripcord. Exhibition & Ripcord are accessed by Chair 4 and are some of the best runs at Bear Mountain for avoiding crowds and carving some turns. The People’s Park is currently stacked with over 100 features including our mini half pipe, Skill Builder Parks, and the Red Bull Plaza.

Terrain For All

Here at Bear Mountain we offer terrain park features for all ability levels. Our Skill Builder Parks are a perfect setting for pushing your riding to the next level without having to tackle the big intimidating features in fact well over half of our features are rated for beginner level riders. We also have a terrain based learning program called Freestyle Camp at the Park, which provides instruction on features from one of our experienced coaches! If you want to progress your terrain park skills, Bear Camp is the route to take!

Chair 10 Opens Today

We received 4 inches of snow yesterday and the sun is back today! Snow Summit and Bear Mountain have 22 available lifts, 80{86a76636585b48f02440ccb40b57522402481bd6218148effe1f42093324df81} open runs and machine groomed packed powder all day long. Miracle Mile, Summit Run, Log Chute and Westridge are all open top-to-bottom and the beginner area is open for first and second timers.
