While California as a whole longs for snow we are sitting back and taking pride in our snowmaking system. When mother nature won’t cooperate we make the snow ourselves. With one of the largest state of the art snowmaking systems in the world we like to consider ourselves some of the best snow-farmers in the nation! The Wait is Almost Over

Opening Day is TOMORROW and we couldn’t be more excited! Mother Nature finally brought us the cooler (actually it’s just plain cold!) temperatures that we needed to make snow and our snowmakers wasted no time taking advantage of that! We’ve had our snow guns blowing for over 24 hours and we’re ready for tomorrow, are you??

Last night we received a light dusting, but it is currently cold with flurry’s falling faintly and a forecast packed with snow. Weathermen are calling for natural snow all weekend, and snowmaking conditions are looking better and better! Chains ARE required on highway 38 and 18 to and from Big Bear
