The season isn’t over here at Bear Mountain! We’ve still got generally good coverage, an 8″-18″ snow base and terrain & features for everyone! This weekend on March 22nd we’ve got the Bear Brew Fest where you can taste 11 different types of craft beer. You can get six 4 oz. tastings for $9.25.

If you are a beginner you can find lessons and terrain to help build the basics and turn you into a snowbunny in no time! For advanced riders there are tons of intermediate runs and steeps to give you that adrenaline rush you’re seeking. And of course The Park… Bear Mountain is known worldwide for their first class park full of terrain features for all abilities from pro riders to groms! The best part is your Snow Summit lift ticket, season pass and rental equipment are all welcome over at Bear and they’re just a 5 minute drive away! Bear Mountain Open
Yes, there are now TWO jumps at the bottom of park run that are big, floaty, and fun! This cooler weather has provided excellent conditions and allowed us to do some serious snowmaking all week! More snow means more features! Top rail has been reset to a nice tall position again making a sweet double rail line with TEX. Chair 5 has some really fun intermediate features including some smaller jumps, jibs, hips, and both halfpipes! The Scene is legit right now with a wide spread of features for all levels beginners to experts.

With 5 brand new features for the 2012-13 season and 32 other features our park is fully loaded for early season. Chair 1 accessing Expressway, The Gulch, and into Lower Park Run provides a longer more advanced park. While Chair 7 accesses the beginner area with smaller easier features
