The holiday weekend is over. You know what that means, time for some midweek riding! With a lot of people back to school, back to work, and back to catering to their responsibilities,  you will have this place to yourself! With midweek riding there will be shorter lift lines, wide open runs and and back to regular season ticket rates

Game Day Specials and Night Sesh.

Take a break from shredding the slopes and catch the playoff games today from one of our big screen TV’s. We’ve got food and drink specials to wet your whistle and keep you going all the way through today’s bonus night session.  Thats right we’re extending day session today to 6pm and offering night session from 3pm-9:30pm in honor of MLK day so stay up late and make the most of your 3-day weekend.

Snow Summit’s Rich History

NBC’s Olympic Coverages dug into the history of snowboarding and found themselves in Big Bear. Always the pioneers of the industry; we were one, if not the first, resort in the nation to welcome snowboarders onto the slopes. In the first years snowboarders were only allowed to ride midweek.

Locals favorite, Chair 7, has some fun steeps and wide open runs while the Family Fun Park has a gentle slope perfect for beginners to get more comfortable on the snow.  The Park on Westridge has beginner to intermediate features for riders looking to expand their skiing and snowboarding potential
