It’s the beginning of March and spring is only a few weeks away but don’t tell Mother Nature that! She thinks it’s the middle of winter and we’re not complaining! The most recent storm system brought us 8-11 inches of snow over the past 48 hours and today will be one of the best days of the season on the slopes.

Winter is Finally Here!
We’re open today for skiing and snowboarding today with some fresh POWDER! The current storm has brought us some 9″ of fresh snow and it’s not showing signs of stopping anytime soon! Drive safe today! It will take you some extra time to get up here but the conditions will be worth it! Don’t forget your tire chains, they are required on all vehicles except those with 4wd and awd with snow tires on highways 18 and 38. Highway 330/18 the front way is closed but plans to reopen this morning. Check CalTrans for the latest road information.

Snow Summit will be CLOSED for today due to weather. With this storm we are expecting natural snowfall and plan to reopen tomorrow morning

The Results are In!
Spending Sunday on the slopes is a perfect way to end your weekend! With other Southern California Ski Resorts conditions being marginal, ours are on top. Our snow conditions are very good with a base depth of 8 to 18 inches which make it perfect spring time riding. Soak up the sun on the slopes today and not on the beach
