Happy Friday!

March 2, 2012 By Bear Bear Ski and Board Rentals

What an amazing week it’s been! We got to take turns in 10-14 inches of fresh powder on Tuesday and we enjoyed amazing packed powder conditions the past couple days. Today is expected to be just as great, with beautiful blue skies lasting through the weekend. There’s plenty of snow and even more fun for all, so if you haven’t gotten your skiing or riding fix yet this season, now is definitely the time.

Happy Leap Day!

February 29, 2012 By Bear Bear Ski and Board Rentals

The snow conditions are the best this season! In addition to the 10-14 inches of fresh powder from yesterday, we also made snow last night. Today’s packed powder runs should be a definite must on your To-Do list but if you can’t make it today, this weekend is looking really good too and there’s plenty of snow and open runs to go around. Enjoy this extra day of skiing and boarding.

12-14 Inches of New Snow!

February 28, 2012 By Bear Bear Ski and Board Rentals

We woke up to 12-14 inches of fresh snow from yesterday’s storm and are looking at a cool, sunny day with a high of 33 degrees.  Get here early for fresh tracks! Tomorrow there’s another slight chance of snow flurries, which should clear up by Thursday and leave conditions great for the weekend.

More New Snow

February 28, 2012 By Bear Bear Ski and Board Rentals

We got snow! More new snow greeted our mountains yesterday leaving us 12-14 inches of powder to play in this morning. What’s better than a tall cup of coffee to wake you up? That cool, crisp, fresh powder splashing you in the face as your board surfs through the first few layers of the untracked! There is nothing like that feeling, and it is all yours; as long as you hurry up and get out there! Today is going to be a little cool with a high of 33 degrees and mostly sunny skies

Think Snow

February 27, 2012 By Bear Bear Ski and Board Rentals

Another fast moving snow storm is heading our way bringing possibly 3-5 or more inches of fresh snow. The weather forecast shows sunny skies returning tomorrow and a chance of light snowfall on Wednesday. All of your favorite runs are open at Bear Mountain including Park Run, Geronimo and Exhibition
