It’s going to be another beautiful week! The forecast is showing a bunch of sun which will compliment last week’s snow nicely. Today we’re looking at a high of 45 degrees and you guessed it, sunny skies. So you know what that means… It’s going to be a great week for some park lappin’.

Extended Weekend!
Happy Presidents’ Day! Not only did they establish our country, but they gave us an extra day this weekend to enjoy these excellent mid-winter conditions! And boy are the conditions good. We have had a solid season thanks to our state of the art snowmaking equipment, but mother nature decided to hook us up with some of the natural stuff last week. Perfect timing on her part! Granted, we would have appreciated a few more visits, but we can’t complain about 19 inches of snow last week and a bluebird weekend

We regret to inform you that Bear Mountain will have a ZERO tolerance policy today for anyone not smiling! Hahaha. Yep, it’s hard to be bummed out when you’re surrounded by nothing but powder and packed powder

Pow Shots for Everyone
Yup that’s right we have 14 inches of fresh powder this morning! Snowmaking has been underway nearly every night this week but we know how much you guys love the fresh stuff so now’s the time to get up here for freshies.

More Snow in Forecast
Good day friends! Hope some of you got to enjoy the fresh snow yesterday, but if not, the forecast is calling for some more today. They’re saying we could get a few inches, so let’s think snow! We’ve also had snowmaking on the past couple of nights and the packed powder conditions are great.

The snow has been great but now it’s even better! We received 2-3 inches of natural snow last night and had a great night of snowmaking.

Happy Sunday! We got a dusting of snow yesterday and the park is looking good. We’re looking at a high of 42 and partly sunny skies. We have the KCXX crew on the deck with tons of live entertainment
